Built to fit your stack — and respect your secrets.
Tool configurations and process recipes are your most valuable trade secrets. Archer is engineered from the ground up to add intelligence without ever putting that at risk: read-only, on-premises where it matters, and configured to your governance from day one.
The right connection method for each system.
How it connects
- API (REST/SOAP), scheduled batch, or read-only database connectivity.
- Compatible with SAP, Oracle, Infor, MS Dynamics, Maximo, Fiix, UpKeep.
- Tool data via SECS/GEM (GEM300), event streams, and inventory feeds.
- Configurable cadence: real-time or batch (15 min – 24 hr).
- Deployment: on-premises, hybrid, or cloud — your preference.
What it does not do
- Never writes to a tool, controller, or MES. Ingestion is strictly read-only.
- Never executes an order itself — your ERP stays the system of record and acts.
- Never moves process recipes off-site. An on-prem collector forwards only allow-listed consumption variables.
- Never displaces a system you already run — it operates alongside them.
Your data, your boundary, your control.
Data residency
On-premises or air-gapped deployment keeps tool configs and recipes inside your network. The SECS/GEM collector runs on your floor.
Access control
Role-based access with granular permission layers. People see exactly what their role requires — nothing more.
Full audit logging
Every ingested record and every action timestamped and user-attributed. The audit trail is itself auditable.
Data ownership
Your data remains yours at all times. No secondary use, no resale, no training on it without explicit agreement.
Recipe exclusion
An allow-list at the collector restricts ingestion to consumption-relevant variables (SVIDs/DVIDs). Recipe bodies are never read.
Aligned to standard frameworks
We build to SOC 2 and ISO 27001-aligned security controls; formal certification is on the roadmap, not yet in hand. The control set and our security posture are available for your review.
Speaks your standards — not the wrong industry’s.
Archer is built for semiconductor operations: ISO 9001 quality management, SEMI E10 equipment-state/reliability and E116 performance tracking, and SECS/GEM (GEM300) equipment integration. It is structured to support — not certify — reporting against these standards, and is compatible with IATF 16949 where automotive-grade lines require it. Documentation and inspection records link to specific parts and tools, structured to support customer and SEMI audits.
